MEET SEAN CASEY LECLAIRE

The time for fence sitting is over.

More and more, I see people headed in two directions—those going to sleep and numbing out, and those waking up to the power of love. People pressured by fear-based living and “no time”; and individuals engaging the world with abiding faith; enjoying a slower, deeper, and more meaningful rhythm in their lives.

BIO
Sean Casey Leclaire brings to his coaching and training many years of direct business experience in marketing and brand management as well as over 20 years in somatic (body-centered) education and mindfulness training.

Sean’s expertise is in supporting people to explore the inner landscape of identity and integrity. He is engaged in an organic process and inquiry called “living life on purpose” which helps individuals access the power of body-centered intelligence and the wisdom of being the change you want to see in your life. He has conducted workshops and seminars throughout North America and is a sought after speaker on the subjects of addiction/recovery, men’s issues, and alternatives-to-violence.

Sean is the publisher of “Be the Change” E-Zine. He is the author of a book of poems and stories “Hug an Angry Man and You Will See He Is Crying” (Red Spiral Books, 2003) and has published essays, articles and poems. HUG, in its third printing, is used by hundreds of men’s groups throughout the world to catalyze sharing, genuine intimacy and emotional healing. A long time student of physical theatre, Sean is currently at work on a one-man show called Men Come in the Room.

Prior to his move into the human potential field, Sean was President and founding partner of an event marketing company. His clients included Fortune 500 companies and such sporting and cultural events including Hockey-Night-in Canada, The Calgary Exhibition and Stampede (world’s largest rodeo), Championship Auto Racing Teams (Indy Car Racing), Phantom of the Opera, BC Ballet, Le Cirque de Soleil, and the PGA. During a three corporate assignment with Canadian International Airlines, he managed the development and implementation of a global positioning campaign in 32 cities throughout Europe, South America, Asia and the South Pacific. He has executive produced the following films/television specials: The Zen of Golf, Standing on the Edge (extreme skiing), and Canada’s first national Pro Beach Volleyball tournament.

He was a founding member of The “Yoga Prison Outreach” program in British Columbia and has taught yoga and meditation in the New England prison system. A Canadian, Sean lives in Concord, Ma, where he raises his beloved five-year old son Beau.
