Be the Change eZine
It is a true honor to be in community and communion with you.
When I asked an acquaintance of mine, Arun Gandhi, to share the essence of his grandpa’s teachings, he explained them with one word and a question—the word was nonviolence (satyagraha), and the question, “Can you be the change you want to see?” “Be the Change” is published nine times a year. By receiving the Zine you have instant 24/7 access to your favorite audio-guided Body-Centered Break (BCB’s) at any time you feel the need to slow down and center into your Self. Be the Change past issues are archived on this web page. Each issue contains body-centered breaks, some shared wisdom from our community, a short story of mine, an inquiry, a poem, upcoming events/workshops and, perhaps, a thought and some of my own wondering. I encourage you to pass on Be the Change to family, friends and colleagues—anyone who has a desire to wake up and, live an authentic, fully expressed life. And please don’t hesitate to send a personal story (500 words max), a favorite poem, or an inspirational quote that you’d like to see in an upcoming issue of Be the Change. Join our community of folks engaged with on-purpose, conscious living.
